Partner Terms

The agreement between It's Time 2 Move and independent moving partners who receive and complete jobs through the platform.

Version 1 · Effective 18 September 2026

Overview

These Partner Terms ("Terms") govern your relationship with It's Time 2 Move ("we", "us", "the platform") as an independent moving partner ("you", "the partner"). They apply from the moment you apply to join the platform and continue for as long as you hold a partner account. By submitting your application you accept the version of these Terms in force on that date.

You provide moving services as an independent business. Nothing in these Terms creates an employment relationship, partnership or agency between you and us.

Becoming a partner

  • You must complete the application, provide accurate business details, and supply the documents we request, which may include proof of identity, insurance, and the right to operate.
  • We carry out checks before approving your account and may decline or defer any application.
  • You must keep your documents current. If insurance or another required document lapses or expires, we may suspend your ability to receive jobs until it is renewed.

Receiving and accepting jobs

  1. When a job is offered to you, the offer shows the key details, including route, items, schedule and the payment you will receive.
  2. You are under no obligation to accept an offer, but once you accept a job you are committing to complete it in accordance with the Customer–Partner Terms.
  3. By accepting a job you confirm you have suitable vehicles, staffing and cover to complete it safely and on time.

Standards of service

  • Carry out every move with reasonable skill and care, on time, and in a professional manner.
  • Treat customers, their property and their belongings with respect.
  • Comply with all applicable laws, including road traffic, health and safety, and licensing requirements.
  • Maintain the insurance and any licences required for the work you carry out.

Insurance and liability

  • You are responsible for holding adequate goods-in-transit and public liability cover for the moves you accept, and for meeting valid claims for loss or damage you cause up to the limits described in the Customer–Partner Terms.
  • You indemnify us against losses we suffer arising from your breach of these Terms, your negligence, or your failure to hold required cover.

Payment to partners

  • The payment you receive for each job is shown on the offer before you accept it.
  • Payments are processed through our payment provider to the account registered on your partner profile.
  • We may deduct or withhold amounts in respect of refunds, chargebacks, or valid claims relating to a job you carried out.

Suspension and termination

  • You may close your partner account at any time, subject to completing any jobs you have already accepted.
  • We may suspend or remove your account if you breach these Terms, if required documents lapse, if you repeatedly cancel accepted jobs, or where necessary to protect customers or the platform.

Confidentiality and data

You will receive customer personal data to carry out each move. You must use it only for that purpose, keep it secure, and handle it in line with applicable data protection law and our Privacy Policy.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be published on this page with a new effective date, and continued use of the platform after that date constitutes acceptance.
